Both me and the dog are stupid: I threw this ball into the water and of course it’s got holes so it sunk… and the dog couldn’t find it. I had to take off the shoes and go get it 😑

VanCAF was great once again! A very diverse bunch of creators & people, and some of my favourite comicbook authors. This year’s haul was pretty good!

By the way, my copy of the Sailor Moon #TTRPG was filled in with Ariel, a 9-and-a-half years old bishojo version of, like, Aquaman or something. Congrats to Vanessa, who even drew her character! I hope you got a chance to play her!

Canadian commute

This Engadget article is on point: Topre Keyboards are not for everyone but they’re super awesome. I personally have the mixed key weight version, to give my pinky fingers a break. It was even featured in an EA promo video!

My kids are the type to continue wearing their winter jacket all the way to summer, but to stay in t-shirt and shorts through to October. Because reasons. Small victory: I managed to make them drop the jacket late last week.

Older kid has started binge-watching One Piece a few months ago. He’s about 200 episodes in, with more than 800 episodes to go…
