The only way to think a Gamemaster can “cheat” is to think that they can “win”. And that’s obviously the wrong way to think about #TTRPG

Rolemaster has at least NINE different outcomes for a roll! Such a narrative #TTRPG! Much Story Now! Very modern!

Homer: “As he spoke, Patroclus put on his armour. Achilles ran his fingers across Patroclus’ queer ass.”

English translators: “CUIRASS! Achilles ran his fingers across Patroclus’ CUIRASS!”

“Call of Cthulhu has too many skills!”

Me: OK, sure, thankfully there are also minimal #TTRPG systems out there

Every time you go to sleep, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard releases a couple of new albums. At this point I’ve lost track of which ones I’ve listened to or not…

Oh I hadn’t noticed that Sithu Aye had released Senpai 3 a couple years ago… their music can get too easily repetitive but the Senpai theme always makes me happy!

Not only was The Mysterious Benedict Society cancelled after season 2, but now it’s been removed from Disney+ to “cut costs” (i.e. not pay royalties) At this point why not cancel all my streaming subscriptions and pirate everything? The user experience would be much better.

Heh, I offered my #TTRPG players a few options for an interlude before we start Band of Blades, and of course they piled onto the one option that lets them play #GURPS again! 😅
