Today I learned about “Idaho stops” which, I agree with the author here, are what I often do and should be more commonly passed into law. Anyway, here are some “Laws of Bicycling Survival” that seem sensible to me.

Hahaha the leaked new D&D OGL revoking the previous OGL… it’s either a fake, or WotC has bigger balls than I thought (which incidentally makes them a better target for ball-kicking)

I watched Koko-di Koko-da yesterday and… wooo this is a really strange movie. Not sure yet if I liked it or not 😅 But I did like the music box characters, they’re fun and creepy!

“Smile” was quite creepy and fun to watch! A sort of gory “It Follows” with some really cool special effects. Some cheap jump scares, but overall a solid first film from Parker Finn, I’ll definitely follow whatever he works on next.

Congrats to Chaosium for taking the top of ENWorld’s list of Most Anticipated RPGs of 2023 with the upcoming 6th edition of Pendragon! (which I’m also awaiting impatiently)

Nice to start the year with two big batches of homemade whipped cream. I’m not saying I’ll get fatter this year but I’m not saying I’ll get thinner either.

Happy new year everyone! For 2023 on the hobby side I’m hoping to better manage my time/energy between various projects, continue playing #ttrpg campaigns over one-shots, play more public gigs with the band, and get better at illustration, writing, bass, and drums 🤞🏽
