I really liked The Old Guard, both the comics and the movie, so I’m hoping they indeed get around to release the sequel…
It’s funny to see US corporations withholding new features in Europe, and US tech bloggers cheering as if it was “gonna show’ em” or something. These people completely forgot what a functioning government looks like. And also that normal people don’t care.
Keanu Reeves writing a book with China Mieville is the creative team-up I definitely did NOT expect to see.

My favourite big sci-fi movie bad trope is “protagonist gets hired at the last minute to lead a super important mission that was years in the making”. That’s solid project management, there, Bob… (and yes, I know why it makes sense narratively speaking)
