We were pretty lucky to find snow in Revelstoke this year, as seen from the past few days of photos. Most other resorts weren’t as lucky, and frankly I think half of them will close down in the next decade or two.

British Columbians will no longer be given single-use plastic cutlery and bags. Finally. But there’s a LOT more plastic packaging to regulate or ban, and I hope Canada and BC get on with it sooner than… (checks notes) 2030 and beyond.
