The Stochastic Game

Ramblings of General Geekery

Those who talk about using AI to make video game content either (1) misunderstand both how AI and #gamedev tools work or (2) are clever bastards getting extra budget for the procedural generation tools we’ve had for decades

“Hypnotic” is NOT a good movie (unless you bring a few friends to shit-talk through it with pizza and drinks), but funnily enough the main plot-twist was similar to what I did once in a Delta Green #TTRPG game 20 years ago after a PC had been captured by MJ-12. Good times!

The poster to the movie "Hypnotic", starring a very uninspired Ben Affleck, and directed/co-written by Robert Rodriguez who is much more in his element when doing over-the-top action stuff.

I recently took the fluffy good boy to Queen Elizabeth Park! Lots of new things to smell and, you know, pee on.

This month’s chocolate delivery! Again, courtesy of Origins Chocolate Bar in New Westminster.

A set of chocolate bars:

- Marou (which I generally like a lot), 70% Dark Chocolate
- Zotter: Rum Coconut Vegan... I don't have high hopes for that one...
- Castronovo: 70% desert criollo cacao
- Manoa: Pa'akai sea salt

So far the Apple Intelligence ads I keep seeing on YouTube are so super cringe. It looks to me like the feature is marketed to assholes and grifters.
