The 40th anniversary edition of "The Spawn of Fashan", a 1981 fantasy RPG that was allegedly so bad that a Dragon magazine reviewer thought it was a joke. This is the sort of thing you learn about when you attend the Mitchesters' Arms, the online RPG grognard pub! (I had never heard of it until a few months ago)
